During the rainy months, I blogged about how to protect your roof from the elements. Now that summer is here, it might be a good idea to talk about the best ways to keep your home comfortable and keep your utility bills from skyrocketing.

In our ongoing series, we are exploring cities that make up the peninsula. Today, we find ourselves in gorgeous Atherton, CA home of a whole lot of trees; Native Live Oaks, White Oaks, Bays, Redwoods, and Cedars to be exact. There are almost more trees than people.

The Warriors franchise has been atrocious for many decades. Game On! This season has been long overdue! When they say that Warrior fans are the best in the league... they are right! However, the fans have always been there through thick and thin!
