Best Ever Roofing Company
We are extremely pleased with the replacement of our 30 year old roof by Mr. Roofing. Ricardo and Gerardo were both responsive, courteous and professional. The team that came to our San Francisco home always cleaned up at the end of each work day. We are very appreciative for the photographs that they provided at the end of the job - we give them our highest recommendation!
Not so happy
Mike O has been a great communicator, sold us on the company and their reputation for skylight installation. We did not have a good experience, unfortunately, with the site manager, who did not communicate basic things accurately. Left with a skylight that is not square with frame, a damaged frame from VELUX, remote control that doesn't work (blinds constantly closing). The workmanship wasn't good. The company has not resolved these issues. Was expecting higher level of workmanship and customer service. Not so happy.
Velux Curved Technology Skylight
October 2022, Received excellent service by Roberto and Jose for the awesome workmanship they did installing the Velux Curved Technology Skylight. It turned out beautiful and blends in very nicely with the roofing replacement Mr. Roofing completed in August 2022 - Project Advisor Roberto Valerio Roberto and Jose were a pleasure to work with and I appreciated their communication always keeping me updated and resolving any skylight issues they come across. Amazing Roofing Experience!
Highly recommend Mr. Roofing. We put off replacing our roof for as long as we could to avoid the inconvenience and defer any potential issues that may be discovered under our very old outer layer. Once we reluctantly decided to move forward with the project, we couldn't have been happier working with Mr. Roofing. Mike O. conducted an amazing drone review and submitted a competitive proposal. Then Marvin, Augustin, and Eduardo (and many others ... can't remember all the names!) came in and installed a great looking and high quality product with the best team attitude and thoughtfulness would could have hoped for. Outstanding work by Gerardo and team
Had to replace the large flat roof covering our unit, after 23 years since last re-roofing, it had developed leaks. We decided on the newer IB Roof system our neighbors installed years ago. Gerardo and team did an outstanding job; Gerardo started by surveying the area in detail to pinpoint potential pitfalls, asked about prior fixes and patches and paid attention to prior problems and observations I had, so as to plan the best solution possible. And when an unforeseen came up he did his outmost to remedy the problem with minimal disruption, always maintaining constant and clear communication., sending pictures of relevant demolition findings, offering alternatives, and more pictures after the new installation which looks outstanding! This is a very professional team, I am confident in their mastery and very pleased with the results. Thank you Gerardo !
Gerardo & team were great
In April 2022, Gerardo and his Mr Roofing team replaced the roof on our next-door neighbors' townhome and while they were here replaced a downspout at our house. He was very good about keeping us informed of what activities to expect and the progress as it went. Replacing a roof is never a quiet experience, but it was minimum bother for us next door. They did a great job of cleaning up the debris from the project. The downspout went in so fast I missed it, but it looks perfect. Gerardo and his team were very polite and helpful to us and I happily give them 5 stars.
A first-class operation
Juan Munoz and his crew replaced a 30+ year old roof on top of the garage in front of my house. They did an incredible job, creating what looks like a hermetic seal, so this garage roof will never leak again! The teamwork among his six-man team was like a fine-tuned machine: they worked quickly, accurately, and collectively to complete this job in a day and a half. It was a total of 9 man-days. Throughout the project Juan kept me informed about the challenges he was running into (you never know what you're going to find - we assumed plywood under the old roof and, sure enough, under half of it was plywood. The other half was cement!), how he was going to address it, and proceeded to do so. This is a crew of professionals; they're solid! And by the way Eloisa in the main office really helped me out with our very fluid and ever-moving schedule. I chose Mr. Roofing based on a recommendation from my contractor and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. Across the board they are hard-working, honest, open, talented, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
Excellent Service
Thank you very much to Gerardo Munos and his great crew. - Adonis, Mario, Ricardo, Jorge and Reyes. They are very meticulous and are very detailed in their craft. They were great dealing with my 93 year old mother, as I was not able to be there every day, taking time and patience to explain everything to her. Gerardo did a great job communicating with me by cell/text so that I was updated with any issues that came up. My mother was truly amazed that everything was perfectly clean when the project was done and the roof looks great. The team was very professional. I would highly recommend Mr. Roofing for your next project.

Thank you very much Juan Munoz, Miguel and crew for an amazing job! Juan and Miguel were professional in explaining what they were going to do every day. The crew went the extra mile to make my roof and stacks look beautiful, I love it!!! You can tell they took pride in their work. They were also very mindful of my neighbors’ properties, which was very considerate. Basically, when debris fell onto their properties the crew cleaned it up. I also want to thank and acknowledge Elizabeth Whipple for coming to the house several times for the initial inspection and providing multiple quotes. She was patient and thorough. I would definitely recommend Mr. Roofing!!!
Roofing Team
Started off with Mitch coming to my house 3 times to personally answer any and all questions I had about roofing, he even reviewed an estimate I had from another company and answered questions I had regarding both estimates. Determined to give my business to a Latino owned and run business I went against my budget and chose to go with the higher priced estimate of Mr Roofing. They offered financing at the same rate as my credit union which the other companies did not offer. My Roofing Team consisted of Gerardo, Adonis, Mario, Jorge, Ricardo & Reyes. They were the most PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS , RESPECTFUL & HUMBLE men I have ever had do work on my house. The communication between the roofers and myself was great, they would stop what they were doing to answer my questions, they thoroughly cleaned each night before leaving and were always on time BRIGHT AND EARLY every morning. I set up a table and chairs in the garage for them to take breaks and eat lunch; they would carry the pans into the kitchen when done eating, stack the chairs and fold the table. I wish all work teams were like the Mr Roofing team. These guys took their breaks and lunch on a schedule and were hard at work the rest of the day. They touched up the stucco & paint where needed and left my house looking beautiful. I was even surprised with a gift and a card signed by the team on the last day Thank you so much for taking care of us, we truly appreciate you all.
