I recently had a new roof installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. It was a great experience meeting with the Salesperson, Ronnie, from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire roofing process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. I had an excellent experience working with the Production Manager, Eloisa. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my new roof was being installed correctly. The crew was organized, thanks to the Supervisor, Osvaldo and Foreworker, Ramon. The work was completed efficiently, and was managed seamlessly from start to finish. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Siding was needed also. The roof and siding needed to be completed by a certain date. They coordinated with the siding company to ensure that the siding was installed first. The entire project was completed on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality roofing project.

My husband and I really enjoy working with Mr.Roofing. Tim was our adviser, came on time and with details on everything so we can pick the best for our house. The communication was clear and informative. Marvin was the project manager. He was also on top of things, and let me know right away if there was anything that needed to be changed. The crew even cleaned my messy backyard. The job was done fast and professionally. Although, they come with a bit higher price point, compare to other local company, but they are worth the price because they assured us with their professionalism and clear communication. We highly recommend them.

Gutters, Gutter Guards & Skylight Install
I needed the gutters, downspouts, and a skylight replaced at my house. Over the years, the 70-year-old gutters had been modified, and the downspouts were no longer in an optimal position. The plastic skylight was cracked. The salesman, Tim, was thorough and documented exactly what I wanted done. He explained what to expect and gave an overview of Mr. Roofing’s installation process. Marvin and his team were excellent. Since the gutters pass through the roof of my deck, installation was challenging, but they modified the connection to make it work. Everyone on the team checked with me on how I wanted things configured, and I was very pleased with their work. I am very impressed with Mr. Roofing.
A chain of excellence
The implementation team delivered an amazing roof with excellent workmanship and professionalism, maintaining a chain of excellence with no weak links from the beginning of the consultative sales process to completion. They deserve high praise for their hard work. My sole critique is directed at the management staff. While the hard-working laborers were on-site, they never communicated the need for a “change order” or an increase in the scope of work. Consequently, we were unaware of the additional charges until later. Management must do a better job of coaching their team on this required financial communication. The training system is underperforming the greater team.

Gutter Guards
Roberto installed new klean gutter leaf filters on our home in San Jose. They did a great job, very courteous and communicated clearly throughout the job. They inherited a train wreak of a yard with redwood needles everywhere and left it spotless. I am very happy with the installation and the team.
