We celebrated Thanksgiving recently and the whole office wanted to devote some time to their favorite Thanksgiving traditions.
Family and Food
Carlos says he loves reflecting on the abundance that we are fortunate enough to receive. He appreciates that it’s a day to consciously be grateful and thankful for food, clothing, shelter, and love. He also says that he prefers non-traditional food. He asks his mom to make one of her fantastic Mexican food dishes!Eloisa says that spending time with her entire family and tasting everyone’s favorite dishes is her favorite. Maria agrees - it’s all about the time spent with family. Plus, eating mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. Nick says that he’s not terribly fond of stuffing. He prefers buttered rice. Jose says that his favorite part of Thanksgiving is getting together the day after for leftovers. Sweet potatoes are his favorite.

Lilliana says that her favorite Thanksgiving tradition is going to the Sunrise (un-Thanksgiving) Ceremony at Alcatraz in San Francisco.We have so much to be thankful for!
