omg, lol . . what a mess the old roof was, and how terrific it is now! Our roof was waaay overdue for help. Ronnie was very helpful with all of our questions. Once we signed the proposal, we were quickly on their schedule and met with some of their team, who took good notes. On installation, their team repaired a LOT of areas (not seen since the original 1964 roof!) We removed 2 vents and they followed our directions on that. They offered their thoughts and advice. The team worked very hard and quickly, and cleaned up well, after it was all done. We are very pleased with their work, and love coming home to this feeling of security (compared to the old failing roof) and the upgraded appearance of the house. Thank you Ronnie, Osvaldo, and the whole Mr. Roofing Team!
New Roof
I recently had my entire roof replaced and was satisfied with Mr Roofing. They removed two layers of shingles, added plywood, and removed and reinstalled solar panels. The initial proposal was fairly pricey and were two change orders after but the team worked with me to fit the work into my budget which I appreciated. I was given daily updates on the project and the team set clear expectations on the work that would be done as well as the timeline for the project. I'm overall happy with the work that was done!
Quality new roof
Great experience from sale to installation for a new roof. Ronnie from sale had all the details and answers to my questions. Marvin and crew completed the work in a few days and kept the area cleaned each day. The roof looks great, ready for a winter with no leaks.
Outstanding Work!
Marvin and his team, Los Guerreros, just wrapped up their work, installing a beautiful new IB PVC Roofing System, in preparation for our solar panel installation next week. Marvin and his teammates, Mario, Henry, Edwin, William, and Reyes, were outstanding in their communication, diligence, thoroughness, conscientiousness and execution. They not only did a great job installing the roof, but they kept the worksite clean, and were respectful of our neighbors, important in the tight confines of San Francisco neighborhoods. We had a special issue with some of our roof vents and Marvin was right there coming up with practical solutions. They also coordinated placement of the solar panel stanchions with our solar installer so it is all an integrated result. I can't say enough about these guys. I only wish they did general contracting so we could have them do some additional (non-roofing) work on our house! Kudos also to Ronnie Monatlik, who worked with us on the front end to help us understand options and hammer out a contract. He also checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was on track. What a great investment we've made in our house with Mr. Roofing!
