Board of Directors, Independent Roofing Contractors of California & Roofing Contractors Association of California: I serve on the boards of both organizations, advocating for the roofing industry and supporting fellow contractors.

Steering Committee Member, Certified Contractors Network: As a member of the steering committee, I help guide best practices and resources for contractors nationwide.

Former Board of Director, Synergy School: I previously served on the board of Synergy School in San Francisco, helping shape educational opportunities for students.

Volunteer and Donor, ALAS: I actively participate in community service projects with ALAS in Half Moon Bay, from backpack and toy drives to general volunteer work.

Mentor, Chicano Latino Alumni Association, UC Berkeley: I mentor students and alumni through this network, offering guidance and support for their academic and career journeys.

Volunteer, Rebuilding Together: I also volunteer with Rebuilding Together, helping improve homes and communities for those in need.

Youth Sports Coach: I’ve coached youth teams, including the West Bay Rams Pop Warner League, the San Bruno Storm travel softball team, and AYSO youth soccer.

Redwood Symphony Orchestra: I volunteer as a musician with the Redwood Symphony in Redwood City, performing classical music with a dedicated group of fellow volunteers.

San Francisco Philharmonic Orchestra: I also play with the San Francisco Philharmonic, another volunteer orchestra that brings classical performances to the heart of the city.

The Victorian Alliance: As a member of the Victorian Alliance, I help preserve San Francisco’s beautiful Victorian-era architecture, ensuring our city's history remains intact.

Tim’s commitment to community starts with family. For seven years, he has served as co-host and parent ambassador for the IZZY Father’s Café, creating a supportive space for fathers of young children to connect, learn, and grow

He also coaches Jr. Giants teams, serves on the Foster City Chamber of Commerce Board, volunteers in his daughters’ schools, and previously stepped in as a PE teacher for the San Mateo-Foster City School District when the district faced a shortage of coaches. For 10 years, Tim also taught martial arts through the San Mateo Police Activities League, helping make extracurricular activities accessible to local youth..

Today, Tim brings that same dedication to helping homeowners rebuild and protect what matters most—their homes—with roofing built to serve their families for generations.

Ronnie is proud to support the Junior Giants program in Marin City, helping local youth gain access to sports, mentorship, teamwork, and a safe environment to learn and grow.

He believes baseball teaches lessons that extend far beyond the field—including discipline, responsibility, perseverance, confidence, and teamwork. For Ronnie, supporting Junior Giants is an opportunity to give back to the Marin City community and invest in the next generation.

His goal is simple: help young people stay active, pursue their goals, and know they have a strong community behind them.

Adam believes strong communities are built by showing up and giving back. Alongside his family, he stays involved in his daughter’s schools and parish through fundraisers, community service, and volunteer work—including serving meals at the GLIDE Foundation and supporting children with disabilities at the Pomeroy Recreation & Rehabilitation Center.

He brings that same commitment to his work by connecting people with trusted contractors and helping ensure projects are handled with honesty, reliability, and transparency.

For Adam, giving back is about helping others, strengthening his community, and leading by example for his daughter and those around him.

German is proud to give back to the South San Francisco community he and his family call home. He is actively involved in his daughter’s school and PTA, with a special focus on programs that support children with special needs.

Through his local church, German helps distribute food to families in need, while his family provides lunches to people experiencing homelessness around Thanksgiving and organizes a sweater giveaway during the holidays. As a DJ, he also donates his time, services, and equipment to local events, fundraisers, backpack giveaways, and other community programs.

For German, giving back means using his time, skills, and resources to help others while showing his daughters the importance of supporting their community
