Read the Contract
My roof was replaced by Mr. Roofing in 8/26. Although the cost was higher than I anticipated, the work was completed professionally. All the workers were skilled and knew exactly what needed to be done. Because the roof has not yet been tested by a big storm, I will withhold any comment on the finished roof. The salesperson was Ronnie and the Project Manager was Marvin. Ronnie was responsive and Marvin was pleasant to work with. After the contract was signed, my contact person switched from Ronnie to Marvin. I do want to caution folks to carefully read over the contract before DocuSign. Because all work will be done per contract. Regardless of what was communicated orally or verbally prior to signing, the contract language dictates the work. Anything not specifically noted in the contract is a change order. I learned this lesson by unexpectively paying for a couple of change orders. Regardless, I do feel Mr. Roofing is a professional outfit and I will likely use them again.
