Mr Roofing had redone the roof on my single family property in the Sunset in Jan 2022. Recoated the flat portion with a premium silicone coating and redid the tile portion in the front. Juan and crew did a great job. Then in Jan 2023, a leak reoccurred in spot that had been leaking for many years prior. Possibly the unusually strong storms in Dec knocked some stucco and motar loose. Mr Roofing quickly came out to inspect and took the time to redo that corner from scratch (screen wires, motar, stucco, and paint). Geraldo and crew did a reallygreat job. In mid-March 2023, that Tuesday which saw 900 trees in SF knocked down by historic winds ("bomb cyclone"), wind formed by a wind tunnel shot across the park and knocked several of the tiles off of the front edge of my roof ( also did the same on my neighbor's house). I reported Wed morning and Mr Roofing's crew came out to repair and replace same day in the afternoon. Also fixed my neighbor's. Roberto and crew did a very excellent job, for a very nominal fee on this third service call. Totally responsive company.. Totally a happy camper customer here
Nicely installed pair of new skylights
Roberto and his crew did a nice, professional job, replacing two skylights for me. The work area was kept clean, the skylights are in and working (and I hope, rain-proof!), and all the debris hauled away and the job site left clean. They were a pleasure to have on site.
Great experience
A big shout-out to the crew of Roberto, Jose and Orlando for doing a great job to solve a tricky problem. My flat roof was not draining well and needed a variety of fixes. Roberto had to make some adjustments to the work plan, including some metal fabrication, but the crew still finished on time and there was no additional charge. Roberto is a delight to work with: courteous, informative, and a consummate pro at roofing jobs. I'd hire these guys again in a heartbeat!
