Mitchel came to have a look at the roof, was honest and transparent about costs and different options, and sent me a quote that covered everything I was looking for. When I asked him some additional questions, he was quick to respond and gave me lots of detail to help me make up my mind. I moved forward with the project, and Mr Roofing delivered on time, with friendly people that were well prepared and knew what to do. Overall a great re-roofing experience!
S.F. Residential IB System flat roof install.
I had 1/2 a dozen roof estimates and wasn't to impressed by the contractors prices or plans. So I called Mr Roofing to get one more. Mitch showed up and it all came together right then and there. Mitch knows his roofing and he recommended the IB roof system. Mitch answered all of my questions, sent me a completed contract including: permit, material, material thickness, vent description, manufactures components data sheets, material warranties, contractors installation videos, duration of removal and install. Roberto and the entire install crew were always there, friendly, courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job. The best part is this co. didn't try and sell me something I didn't need but sold me a current industrial rated, tough, long lasting roof that I won't have to think about for quite a long time. Spanish Tile Roof Repair
Start to finish- Mr Roofing was punctual and professional. They did a great job. RicardoMolina did initial assessment and put together comprehensive estimate. Jose and crew executed flawlessly. I had searched a dozen or more firms that had great reviews. I would highly recommend them. They also fixed a number of issues from previous new roof install just 5 years ago.
New Roof Upgrade
We found Mr. Roofing as 1 of 4 bidders through Angie's List process. From the first contact to schedule a site visit appointment, the phone interaction with the office staff, to the info materials sent to prior to even getting the job just displayed the professionalism we would expect from a company when actually replacing our roof. The quote document itself, along with the materials information, and the existing roof photos provided clearly helped us select Mr. Roofing to work on our house. They were not the lowest bid, but for the service and work received they were well worth it. You do get what you pay for, and am glad we did not select one of the other the lower bids, because just in the bid work they did do, there were already concerns. Mitch was outstanding from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions we had. Oswaldo and the onsite team that did the actual roofing work were great as well. We had an old school portion of tar & gravel roof (70 year old home) that had leaking issues, and Mitch & team knew the exact roofing upgrade to resolve that problem. Our first contact was Mike Odynski. He presented the company in a very professional manner. He answered all questions and left us written information to refer to. After getting quotes from 3 other roofing companies, we decided on Mr. Roofing. We were impressed with Mike's presentation of their services and the price we negotiated. The job started within 2 weeks. The crew of eight was lead by Osvaldo. They arrived early and started work on time every day. They were polite, professional and thoroughly cleaned up after each work day. Osvaldo was attentive and communicated any and all issues as well as suggesting resolutions. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. My neighbors were also impressed with the crew's professionalism and 2 of them have already called for quotes. I highly recommend Mr. Roofing.
Knows his business
I was impressed by Mitch’s knowledge and attention to detail before and during the roofing job. I felt that I was in good hands. After the job and after I paid, when I realized part of the contract had not been fulfilled, he responded by making sure the job was completed before the painters arrived. My only frustration was a long response time to my questions and requests on multiple occasions, sometimes almost a week, apparently due to vacations and a busy schedule. I recommend Mitch put long term absence greetings on email when he goes on vacation and gets back to customers within 24-48 hours, even if to say he will respond later.

Very Happy with My New Roof and Customer Services
I want to recognize Mitch for his outstanding communication and excellent customer service! From start to finish, Mitch and his team at Mr. Roofing Company did an exceptional job replacing my 26-year old roof. Of the four proposals I received, Mitch's was by far the most detailed and made me feel very comfortable knowing exactly what products and materials would be used, and how the project would be done. While his proposal was more expensive, he included additional features/products, quality materials and more credentials than any other company. Furthermore, he took pride in his work and addressed all my questions quickly and with a positive attitude. When an issue with the gutter arose, he arranged to have it taken care of immediately. In general, Mitch and his team worked efficiently to finish the job. I am very happy with my brand new roof, and am very happy with my overall experience. I would not hesitate to contact Mitch with any future roofing needs!!!
