Honest advice
Here's the thing: Mitch was one of four roofers I called. He took his time to take pictures and honestly assess our very old roof's condition vs do a quick walk through to provide a quote. He could have pushed for a quick sale like another roofer but instead I felt like he was genuinely trying to help us make the best decision for our situation.
