I was very impressed by Mitch's attentiveness to every question I had in a very timely manner. I thought he represented Mr. Roofing extremely well, as if he owned the company and not just an employee. On behalf of Mr. Roofing, he assured me that I would get a detailed roofing job that will ensure the integrity of the roof for many years to come. I cannot thank him enough for keeping any anxieties about the project at bay by reassuring and answering any questions I had promptly. He also came quickly to take a look at the old roof, took photos, shared those photos (thank you!) with me, and sent me a proposal within a few days.
