Roof replacement and repair.
Mr. Roofing replaced the roofs on my main house and small adjacent cottage. Mike O. came out for the estimate. He was extremely helpful to explain the work and very transparent. He used a drone and sent me photographs. The foreman for the work, Osvaldo, was very professional and provided helpful suggestions to improve water drainage. Finally, after the roofing was completed, a few minor repairs were needed. Roberto completed these tasks in a timely manner. The new roofs look great. I highly recommend Mr. Roofing.

I recently had a new roof installed, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the project, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. It was a great experience meeting with the Salesperson, Ronnie, from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire roofing process, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured. I had an excellent experience working with the Production Manager, Eloisa. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my new roof was being installed correctly. The crew was organized, thanks to the Supervisor, Osvaldo and Foreworker, Ramon. The work was completed efficiently, and was managed seamlessly from start to finish. They take pride in their work and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Siding was needed also. The roof and siding needed to be completed by a certain date. They coordinated with the siding company to ensure that the siding was installed first. The entire project was completed on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, high-quality roofing project.
