We began with Mitch for Q&A and planning, then were fortunate to work with Marvin and Oswaldo on the implementation of roof and solar system. All way through the job through the final inspections by the City of San Francisco, all of our questions were answered and work was completed in timely and professional manner. Great solar & roof experience
We went solar and the whole team was great to work with from sales to completion. Marvin was our project manager and was communicative throughout the process. The new system works great, the results look super clean and I'm really happy with our decision to go solar with Mr Roofing
Amazing
We worked with Nick and Joe to get our Solar + Full Home Battery backup system from SunPower installed. Even though this system was on the cutting edge, and we were among the first customers to receive it, Nick did an amazing job making sure everything was done correctly and perfectly to meet our needs. The process took a long time from start to finish but the waiting was due to SunPower parts not being available, inspections and approvals and Nick was always available to talk us through the status and ETAs. I would definitely recommend Nick, Joe and the entire Mr Roofing team for executing such a massive, complex project, I wouldn't entrust it to anyone else.

Osvaldo made the roof installation painless. He has great people skills, is thoroughly professional, and has the uncommmon ability not just to uncover issues with the roof, but to suggest a range of solutions and educate the homeowner about what the best choice might be. I felt my house was in good hands. with Osvaldo and his crew.

Mark is exceptional. He really takes the time to explain options and products. He is very straightforward--if he doesn't know he finds out. He has terrific communication skills. He responds quickly. He answers questions without jargon. Like every Mr. Roofing employee I have dealt with, he is knowlegable, professional, and has excellent people skills.
Thorough and fun!
We have a leaky roof and really appreciated Mitch's comprehensive analysis of the leaks and how to fix what's wrong. He is extremely knowledgeable and took pains to describe the problem and more technical stuff in an understandable way. He also has a great sense of humor and is a great "people person". Beautiful Roof
I contracted Mr Roofing to replace my roof September 2020. The job was extensive and consisted of removing an asphalt shingle barn style roof and an additional small flat roof and replacing it with their highest quality asphalt shingles and material used for flat roof systems. Mr Roofing also did all new copper gutters , down spouts and copper cornice flashing. My new roof is simply beautiful. Mr Roofing is not cheap, however; I paid for a quality job and the peace of mind that I would get a roof that would last for decades. I got what I paid for. In addition to a roof well done, and just as, if not more important, Mitch worked with my neighbors, whose permission I needed, to be on their property to do this job in the first place. He interacted with them in such a highly professional and seamless way. He provided all the necessary documentation and insurances for them, and I had to do nothing! Hr took care of it all. Jose , the job foreman, continued the excellent line of communication and professionalism with my neighbors until the job was complete. He responded to any concerns they had. Jose was fantastic to work with. Always present and reachable. In the end, I could not be more relieved and satisfied that I made the right decision in contracting Mr Roofing to do my roof. I would make the same decision again without hesitation and I would recommend them to family and friends!
Mitch and Nick are great!
I couldn't be more pleased with my experience with Mr. Roofer. Starting with Mitch Silvia walking me through the options for our roof and solar panels. He was diligent and gave me his honest opinion of what he would do if it was his property. This continued with Nicholas Donofrio. More difficult decisions needed to be made regarding electrical service upgrades for the solar panels and interactions with PGE. Nick was extremely patient in walking me through each of these decision stages and helped me feel confident in each decision I made. I'm extremely happy with the final product and so glad to have gone solar with Mr. Roofer!
