Had my roof replaced. Very impressed with the team's expertise, communication, and professionalism. My roof is subject to extreme weather and plagued with leaks--it's not your typical roof. I not only needed the team to be experienced in roofing, but experienced with safeguarding against my unique weather conditions. Mitchell took my concerns seriously, was very knowledgeable, and scoped extra protections into my roof replacement. He was extremely detailed in what I would need, how their team works, and the extra care they put into their work. Juan and Eduardo kicked off the project with me, walking through my concerns and answering questions. They told me what to expect during the construction, their safety precautions, work etiquette, and how to directly contact them for anything. Throughout the project, both Juan and Eduardo were onsite and attentive to any questions and always following up to provide status updates. They also found some improper installation from the previous roofers and corrected the issue to resolve my leak issues. Their crew performed professionally and quickly. Even when there was an interruption for rain, they made everything watertight and there were no leaks. I always felt like my roof was in good hands. Project finished in about 5 days.
