Solar and battery exceed expectations
Marvin and Team installed an array of Sunpower solar panels and a Enphase battery storage system for me. The communication was great as always, as it was with my roof project, so I was always kept updated with the latest next steps. Marvin was always available for questions. The team expertly installed my system and was there for any unexpected issues between myself and PGE. The new system is fantastic and exceeds my expectations. It's crazy that the solar panels are producing more energy than I can use, even on cloudy and sometimes rainy days. The battery stores everything else and the rest goes back to PGE. Everything works so well. The system also lets me monitor in real time my power consumption. This visibility lets me know exactly how much power I consume and optimize its use. As a result, I've been able to optimize and reduce my usage so I don't even have to pull from PGE anymore. So great company to work with, they are with you every step of the way, and the product is fantastic.
Neighbor review
Mr. Roofing’s crew were working on the roof of our neighbor, MaryAnne Hickey at 40-50 Mariposa St., Brisbane. While they were working, we found that all the workers to be extremely professional, courteous and polite. Any debris that fell on our property during the installation was quickly and thoroughly removed. Before leaving the job site they even blew the leaves from our gutters. It has been a pleasure been associated with this outstanding Roofing Company. We highly recommend this Company.

Excellent Support
It has been 10 years since Mr. Roofing installed our roof. After 10 years, we discovered some issues with rot that could be traced to a product that wasn't working the way it should. Carlos helped us file the claim with the manufacturer and gather all the information we needed to submit. Once that was resolved, Gerardo and the team worked quickly to make the necessary repairs and everything looks great. I never once had to push Carlos to help, even though the work of filing the claim took a lot of time of his time compared to the size of the job. I am extremely pleased with the work and how the company stands by its work.
Great Experience
We just had our roof (from plywood sheets to shingles) replaced, along with our gutters, and soffits. Juan took great care to explain every step of the way - it was very important to him that we completely understood each aspect of the job. He also showed a lot of pride in his workmanship and the workmanship/professionalism of his crew. We feel great about the work that was done on our house - it feels like we've made a good investment in the future of our home. I see quality everywhere I look. The new roof, gutters, and soffits look great and I feel like we're set for the next several decades . Bring on the next rain storm! Knowledgeable, good clean up, the extra mile
Thank you Juan, Eduardo, and the crew, for replacing our roof. Juan and Eduardo were always happy to answer questions and share the progress on the roof. I do have one suggestion for Mr. Roofing. Our chimney cap had damage. I didn't get notified about the need to replace our chimney cap (and the extra cost) until a few days after the project started. My suggestion is could you include any highly visible damage issue in the initial estimate? Or as soon as someone steps onto the roof? That reduces the negative "days-later-surprise" feeling. Now back to the positives. I was glad to see how clean the area was at the end of each day. Good clean up is important. And I appreciate the team's desire to go the extra mile to help. Ex. Our skylight was extra challenging to clean, but they kept going. So Juan, Eduardo, and crew, thank you again for all your help. I had a good experience, and I would recommend Mr. Roofing.
Roof replacement
We decided to go with Mr. Roofing to replace our old and beat up roof. In a nutshell Mitch, Osvaldo and his crew did an outstanding job. We couldn't be more happier with how it turned out. Highly recommend Mr. Roofing for all your roofing needs!
