I was impressed by Mitch’s knowledge and attention to detail before and during the roofing job. I felt that I was in good hands. After the job and after I paid, when I realized part of the contract had not been fulfilled, he responded by making sure the job was completed before the painters arrived. My only frustration was a long response time to my questions and requests on multiple occasions, sometimes almost a week, apparently due to vacations and a busy schedule. I recommend Mitch put long term absence greetings on email when he goes on vacation and gets back to customers within 24-48 hours, even if to say he will respond later.
