Finally, last week, Marvin and his team- Mario, Eduardo, Octavio, Henry, and Edwin came to power wash and then apply the treatment. It looks fantastic! They did an awesome job. Marvin was extremely communicative, letting us know each day what occurred so we could keep our tenants in the loop. Furthermore, his team was hardworking and very pleasant to work with.
