Wonderful Project Manager
I live next door to a property that had a total roof replacement. We share a wall toward the front. This was messy job and I was worried about damage to my property. I met Gerardo on the first day of work. He explained everything that was to be done, always asked before he needed to access my property and always had the crew clean up. He was always very friendly. From my experience, if you have him as your project manager with this company, it will go as smoothly as possilbe

Jose arrived with his team on the first day and worked quickly to remove my old tar and gravel roof, safely, and prepare it for the new roof the next day. There were multiple skylights they had to work around but they skillfully removed them temporarily so protective roofing material could be placed around them. Everyone was very professional and easy to work with. They cleaned up everyday at the end of the day, which is well appreciated. They were on time to start and finish work everyday, the permits to reserve parking in the busy San Francisco streets were planned in advance, and Jose was there to answer any questions I had. Jose and his team are conscientious, honest, and hard workers. He represented Mr. Roofing Company very well and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest company to work with. You will not be disappointed.
Great Service and Responsive
I was very impressed by Mitch's attentiveness to every question I had in a very timely manner. I thought he represented Mr. Roofing extremely well, as if he owned the company and not just an employee. On behalf of Mr. Roofing, he assured me that I would get a detailed roofing job that will ensure the integrity of the roof for many years to come. I cannot thank him enough for keeping any anxieties about the project at bay by reassuring and answering any questions I had promptly. He also came quickly to take a look at the old roof, took photos, shared those photos (thank you!) with me, and sent me a proposal within a few days. Honest advice
Here's the thing: Mitch was one of four roofers I called. He took his time to take pictures and honestly assess our very old roof's condition vs do a quick walk through to provide a quote. He could have pushed for a quick sale like another roofer but instead I felt like he was genuinely trying to help us make the best decision for our situation. He really had our best interest in my mind so if you have any roofing issues schedule Mitch for an assessment.
Excellent work
Overall it has been a very good experience working with Mr. Roofing. All their staff has been very professional, knowledgeable, very prompt and responsive from the initial call. Mike who did the inspection and assessment of the work for a roof leak that caused damage to one of the bedrooms gave me different options due to the type of roof and damage, provided me with drone pictures and responded to all my questions on product warranties, areas on the roof that I had some concerns if the work was covered and product life durability and expectancy. Eloisa has always been prompt in replying to my questions, reminding me of the work schedule and provided me with the link to review all the work pictures on the work completed. Jose and his crew were also very courteous and professional, They completed their work within the estimated time as expected. Jose found the source of the roof leak and communicated with me the extent of the damage and the work to be done. They provided me with pictures of on-going work and answered all my questions. They were very courteous and cleaned up the area when they left. They have been very dedicated and professional and I would highly Mr. Roofing.

Mitchel came to have a look at the roof, was honest and transparent about costs and different options, and sent me a quote that covered everything I was looking for. When I asked him some additional questions, he was quick to respond and gave me lots of detail to help me make up my mind. I moved forward with the project, and Mr Roofing delivered on time, with friendly people that were well prepared and knew what to do. Overall a great re-roofing experience!
S.F. Residential IB System flat roof install.
I had 1/2 a dozen roof estimates and wasn't to impressed by the contractors prices or plans. So I called Mr Roofing to get one more. Mitch showed up and it all came together right then and there. Mitch knows his roofing and he recommended the IB roof system. Mitch answered all of my questions, sent me a completed contract including: permit, material, material thickness, vent description, manufactures components data sheets, material warranties, contractors installation videos, duration of removal and install. Roberto and the entire install crew were always there, friendly, courteous, answered all my questions and cleaned up after the job. The best part is this co. didn't try and sell me something I didn't need but sold me a current industrial rated, tough, long lasting roof that I won't have to think about for quite a long time. Spanish Tile Roof Repair
Start to finish- Mr Roofing was punctual and professional. They did a great job. RicardoMolina did initial assessment and put together comprehensive estimate. Jose and crew executed flawlessly. I had searched a dozen or more firms that had great reviews. I would highly recommend them. They also fixed a number of issues from previous new roof install just 5 years ago.
New Roof Upgrade
We found Mr. Roofing as 1 of 4 bidders through Angie's List process. From the first contact to schedule a site visit appointment, the phone interaction with the office staff, to the info materials sent to prior to even getting the job just displayed the professionalism we would expect from a company when actually replacing our roof. The quote document itself, along with the materials information, and the existing roof photos provided clearly helped us select Mr. Roofing to work on our house. They were not the lowest bid, but for the service and work received they were well worth it. You do get what you pay for, and am glad we did not select one of the other the lower bids, because just in the bid work they did do, there were already concerns. Mitch was outstanding from start to finish and was always available to answer any questions we had. Oswaldo and the onsite team that did the actual roofing work were great as well. We had an old school portion of tar & gravel roof (70 year old home) that had leaking issues, and Mitch & team knew the exact roofing upgrade to resolve that problem.
