Comprehensive Flat Roof Replacement & Tile Roof Leak Protection

"My roof was replaced by Mr. Roofing in 8/26. Although the cost was higher than I anticipated, the work was completed professionally. All the workers were skilled and knew exactly what needed to be done. Because the roof has not yet been tested by a big storm, I will withhold any comment on the finished roof. The salesperson was Ronnie and the Project Manager was Marvin. Ronnie was responsive and Marvin was pleasant to work with. After the contract was signed, my contact person switched from Ronnie to Marvin. I do want to caution folks to carefully read over the contract before DocuSign. Because all work will be done per contract. Regardless of what was communicated orally or verbally prior to signing, the contract language dictates the work. Anything not specifically noted in the contract is a change order. I learned this lesson by unexpectively paying for a couple of change orders. Regardless, I do feel Mr. Roofing is a professional outfit and I will likely use them again."

"I initially met with Adam for the first inspection. He listened to my concerns since we’ve been having a small leak every time it rained. He did a thorough inspection and even peaked into the attic to take pictures of any wood that may have showed signs of water damage. The company took many pictures to help us understand with graphics and explained their process. After a couple of days we put our deposit in and were put on their schedule. Larry, Mario, Eduardo, and the rest of the crew arrived on time on the first day of the job and worked very quickly! By the end of the first day, the whole roof was taken apart and new underlayment was basically all done on a 4000 sq. ft house. My house finished in 4 days and every day they made sure to clean up any mess and scraps that were scattered around. Larry even covered my neighbors pool to keep their side nice and tidy as well which was very thoughtful. After the roof finished, they left the exterior of my house even cleaner than when they got here. Everybody was super friendly despite how tired and exhausted they must have been working all day. Many of my neighbors have already spoken very highly of their time here and their craftsmanship. Everything was phenomenal from start to finish and I couldn’t recommend them enough if you ever need your roof repaired."

"I called Mr Roofing for an estimate after they did a neighbor’s roof. Tim Carmona came out and after checking out the roof, walked me through the whole process. He was extremely detailed and so helpful as I was dealing with other issues on the house. When the crew came I was introduced to the Forman. The job site was tidy and finished when expected. There were change orders due to damage on the chimney, but due to prior meeting with Tim, I knew what to expect and everything was done to a high standard. I highly recommend Mr Roofing and Tim Carmona!"

At the end of every day, someone rang my bell and asked if they could have access to clean up my back yard and blow off any dust from the walkway, without my even asking. I met some of the guys…Mario, Edwin, Henry, William and Reyes…all lovely, kind, friendly, helpful men. If I needed a new roof, I would definitely check them out based on this experience."

"Marvin and his team, Los Guerreros, just wrapped up their work, installing a beautiful new IB PVC Roofing System, in preparation for our solar panel installation next week. Marvin and his teammates, Mario, Henry, Edwin, William, and Reyes, were outstanding in their communication, diligence, thoroughness, conscientiousness and execution. They not only did a great job installing the roof, but they kept the worksite clean, and were respectful of our neighbors, important in the tight confines of San Francisco neighborhoods. We had a special issue with some of our roof vents and Marvin was right there coming up with practical solutions. They also coordinated placement of the solar panel stanchions with our solar installer so it is all an integrated result. I can't say enough about these guys. I only wish they did general contracting so we could have them do some additional (non-roofing) work on our house! Kudos also to Ronnie Monatlik, who worked with us on the front end to help us understand options and hammer out a contract. He also checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was on track. What a great investment we've made in our house with Mr. Roofing!"

"omg, lol . . what a mess the old roof was, and how terrific it is now! Our roof was waaay overdue for help. Ronnie was very helpful with all of our questions. Once we signed the proposal, we were quickly on their schedule and met with some of their team, who took good notes. On installation, their team repaired a LOT of areas (not seen since the original 1964 roof!) We removed 2 vents and they followed our directions on that. They offered their thoughts and advice. The team worked very hard and quickly, and cleaned up well, after it was all done. We are very pleased with their work, and love coming home to this feeling of security (compared to the old failing roof) and the upgraded appearance of the house.
