They deserve high praise for their hard work. My sole critique is directed at the management staff. While the hard-working laborers were on-site, they never communicated the need for a “change order” or an increase in the scope of work. Consequently, we were unaware of the additional charges until later. Management must do a better job of coaching their team on this required financial communication. The training system is underperforming the greater team."
