Although, they come with a bit higher price point, compare to other local company, but they are worth the price because they assured us with their professionalism and clear communication. They deserve high praise for their hard work. My sole critique is directed at the management staff. While the hard-working laborers were on-site, they never communicated the need for a “change order” or an increase in the scope of work. Consequently, we were unaware of the additional charges until later. Management must do a better job of coaching their team on this required financial communication. The training system is underperforming the greater team."
