Marvin and his team were excellent. Since the gutters pass through the roof of my deck, installation was challenging, but they modified the connection to make it work. They deserve high praise for their hard work. My sole critique is directed at the management staff. While the hard-working laborers were on-site, they never communicated the need for a “change order” or an increase in the scope of work. Consequently, we were unaware of the additional charges until later. Management must do a better job of coaching their team on this required financial communication. The training system is underperforming the greater team."
