The communication was clear and informative. Marvin was the project manager. He was also on top of things, and let me know right away if there was anything that needed to be changed. The crew even cleaned my messy backyard. The job was done fast and professionally. Although, they come with a bit higher price point, compare to other local company, but they are worth the price because they assured us with their professionalism and clear communication. We highly recommend them."

The plastic skylight was cracked. The salesman, Tim, was thorough and documented exactly what I wanted done. He explained what to expect and gave an overview of Mr. Roofing’s installation process. Marvin and his team were excellent. Since the gutters pass through the roof of my deck, installation was challenging, but they modified the connection to make it work. "The implementation team delivered an amazing roof with excellent workmanship and professionalism, maintaining a chain of excellence with no weak links from the beginning of the consultative sales process to completion. They deserve high praise for their hard work. My sole critique is directed at the management staff. While the hard-working laborers were on-site, they never communicated the need for a “change order” or an increase in the scope of work. Consequently, we were unaware of the additional charges until later. Management must do a better job of coaching their team on this required financial communication. The training system is underperforming the greater team."
