What you can expect when we perform the estimate:
We schedule an appointment that is convenient for you and/or any one involved in helping you make an informed decision. The appointment typically lasts about an hour and we need you there to explain the problems you are having.
We show up on time.
We go up on the roof, take measurements, and perform a 100 point inspection on the condition of the roof system; including roofing material, flashings, vent collars, soffits and fascia boards and other trim, and any other potential problem areas. We will try to assess the condition of the sheathing and underlayment as well.
We go into the attic so we can check the integrity of the roof from the inside and inspect the ventilation system. Proper ventilation is very important to the performance of your roof. An attic view allows us to see problem areas that might not be detected outside which could prevent significant delays and surprises later.
After we meet with you, go up on the roof, and take a look in the attic we have everything we need to prepare an accurate proposal to repair or replace your roof.
